At InspiQuotes, operated by Mohammad Riyaz, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality digital designs and creative services. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund or cancellation, how to request one, and what to expect from us.

1. No Refund Policy for Delivered Orders

All our products — including quote images, greeting cards, caricatures, and festival wishes — are custom-made digital items. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once your final design is delivered via WhatsApp, email, or direct download.

Since our services are personalized and delivered digitally, cancellations are not possible after we begin the design process.

2. Order Cancellation (Within 30 Minutes)

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 30 minutes of purchase and before we start working on your design. Contact us through:

We rely on the text, quotes, and photos you submit. If the details are incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for errors in the final output.

However, we allow minor corrections within 1 hour of delivery at no extra cost. Major changes may require a new order.

4. Double Payments or Failed Transactions

If you are charged twice or face a failed transaction where payment is deducted, send us your UPI/payment reference. Once verified, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days.
